Be Our Guest
The highly anticipated return of GL villain Edmund Winslow may only be for a few weeks, but actor David Andrew Macdonald will be enjoying the ride.
"They threw me back into the show to accomplish a couple of tasks," explains Macdonald. "It's enjoyable work, it pays well and it's a great gig to have in New York. It's also a really humbling experience to be a part of the longest-running drama in history."
Macdonald played Edmund from 1999-2005, so it's nice to be back.
"The show is run differently than it used to be to meet the demands of the business as it changes," muses Macdonald. "But it's all essentially the same thing. It was nice seeing people again. I had a blast!"
Though Edmund's scenes primarily involve Cassie, Macdonald notes Edmund still has his eye on the other ladies of Springfield, including Dinah and Blake. "I think (the script) has me and Blake looking at one another salaciously. And it depends how much in my face Reva wants to get," teases Macdonald. "You know, she's always a piece of work."
