So far, we have listed those clips on that page that have already been posted here on the board. Future additions will appear both on the board and on that webpage as well. 2) The Slideshow links have been removed as all those that were created with RealSlideshow no longer work due to discontinuation of that software. For the posters who go to this website and post their thoughts and have wanted to watch the slideshows but don't have realplayer or the right version of it, do you think that you could have them being on youtube? I mean it would be a great addition to the Edmund clips that are on there already. I would love it if they were on youtube because I can get the slideshows to work on my new version of realplayer. I think that others would like it too. God bless

Most of them were made about 2 years ago. That's something we have to look at. As far as youtube, their site says you can only upload the file formats of .mov, .avi and .mpg so I don't think those files made specifically in the RealPlayer format would work there. I think the authors of those files would have to recreate them or convert them to another format to be compatible with youtube. I don't know that, at this point, they would be willing, or even have the know-how, to do that. Honestly, if it turns out nobody is able to play those files and the chances of format conversion are slim to none, we may end up having to take them down altogether. Ellie

They are a great way to remember our favorite couple. It's okay about youtube, it was just a thought but I don't want you guys to have to resort to having to take them down, it would make me so sad to see that they are gone. Keep them. I like them. I'm getting a laptop sooner or later and I will be able to watch them. So please keep the slideshows. Please. Keep up the great job that you guys have done with them.

I couldn't get them to work last night either, before and after an upgrade of RealPlayer. If anybody else is reading this and wants to try some of those RealPlayer slideshows to see if they're working, please post and let us know either way, and what version of RealPlayer you are using. Unfortunately, they have not worked for anyone for a long time. It's not just the ones on this site. It's all the slideshows made with RealPlayer. Obviously, something is no longer supported. realSlideshow is an old piece of software that never was really updated .... ~Jen~

We will probably take that page down in the near future. But there are other options. We still have screensavers that can be directly downloaded and installed on your computer. And a number of video clips have already been posted to the board. We will create a webpage for the video clips already posted, and those yet to be done (and they will be!), so that, in addition to being on the board, they can also be grouped together on one page. And there are other programs and sites that are worth looking into that make and support slideshows. So all is not lost! Ellie

Thanks for the heads up on the multimedia page. Very nice. I am still disappointed that the slideshows don't work anymore but I completely understand that you had to take them off the website. I am really happy for David on his new play that he is in. Wish that I could go and see him but I have college and I'm going to have to miss out. My wish for David is to have a great time doing the plays and that I am a big fan of his. If you go to the play and see David, could you please tell him that Sarah (me) said hi. If you get to do that while you're there I would appreciate it deeply.
